FYI...I was having exactly the same prob. I have the walbr in tank, KB BAP and new lines and 60lb injectors. Tuner said it a cold start prob that needed to be adjusted in the tables. That said I went ahead and replaced the rails and put a pressurized racing style system in along with the tuning. haven't had it back yet, so dunno if its fixed yet, but if all that didn't cure it, I dunno whjat will! I'd suggest its the Cold Start proceedure tables suggested above. R/
