Default Please help me with my idle(EFILog Included)

I am at a loss to be honest with you. It's currently at 825 desired idle and it never stalls when driving around.Today I tried working with the idle to get it down to around 650-700 rpms. Right now it is working pretty good with little surging, but here are my problems:

When I first crank the truck, it goes down to about 300rmps and wants to die(but doesn't) for about 3 seconds then it goes up to desired idle nad everything is fine. I'm not sure what to change for this so please let me know.

Second problem is when my truck wants to die after reving. Mostly commonly it's backing up or even in park when I rev it to about 2000 rpms when it comes down it wants to die.

I have played a ton with the desired airflow. I'm sure it's way too high right now because it's up about 50% from stock, but I'm at a loss. Here are my current air flow numbers. My throttle cracker is set to activate and deactivate at 11 and 11 so I'm not sure it that should be changed.

Here is a log file of my idle. Please help me out if you can. I can do a new log if I didn't include the right PID's. Thanks,
Mark

You need to create RAFIG and RAFIPN maps and log them. You want to tune the desired airflow table to get these values as close to zero as possible. Also, you want to open your TB blade to set your IAC counts first. Open up the BIDI, set the rpms at your desired idle speed, and then check the counts. They are probably high, look to set them around 40-60 at idle normal operating temp, in Park. The more the TB blade is open the lower they will be. Once that is set, then you can tune the desired airflow table based on the maps listed above. To be able to select the RAFIG and RAFIPN PIDS, you need to select STIT's and LTIT's i believe. If the values in those maps are above zero, then you'll want to add to the desired airflow table a few percent at a time until you get them in line. If they are below 0 then decrease the desired airflow. Upload a log with the above PIDs selected.

I wouldn't try and put the idle that low then if you have a cam IMO. Set it at 800-850 and you will be golden.

yep one of the things I had to settle with, a cam and bumping up the idle rpm. Also, make sure your spark in the idle region is nice and happy.

hmm, maybe I either got really lucky tuning it, or my truck is weird but I never have to 2 foot it and I just drove for an hour in traffic and it never died. It still surges but that's because I have yet to change anything other than the desired airflow.
