I have the PLX SM-AFR in my truck and I love it. If you have a programmer that can log the analog in, you don't need a wideband with it's own datalogging. I connected mine to the input of HP Tuners, and it has the curve already configured in the HPT software. I also has narrowband simulation if you want to replace you stock sensor with it. No configuration software for the sensor or controller, and the wiring is a piece of cake.

It's only $195 with the sensor, about $269 with the sensor and gauge.

Looks like this is the one to get eh (the PLX SM-AFR)? It says it calibrates itself. Isn't that just as good or better than manual calibration? Reffering back to the thread about which WB O2 to buy...

I like the price on this one, and the fact that it can replace the narrowband O2 also is wonderful. I guess the sensor screws into the factory hole for the narrowband? Awesome.

I want it, don't particularly like their style of gauge but oh well, that is what HPT scanner is for.

Here is a quote:

This technology is coupled with advanced self sensor calibration circuitry and sensor soft start to both prolong the life of your oxygen sensor as well as eliminating any user intervention for manual sensor calibration. PLX widebands may be used and installed in your vehicle permanently.

NO SENSOR CALIBRATION IS REQUIRED! SIMPLY PLUG AND PLAY.
