I dont have a pic but if u look at the engine and then right next to the battery on the left, there will be a little plastic box. That is the PCM, all you have to do is look and there is two tabs that you have to pull the black box around. once u do that there is a metal clip and all you do with that is pop it off. Then undo the PCM wires with i belive is a 7 mm. There should be two of them. Once you do that just slide the PCM out and then reinstall the new one in reverse. its really easy, shouldnt take you longer than 5 mins max.

If your talking about a NBS truck it's on the drivers side fender well down behind the headlight. I don't know what you have to do to take it out. I use HPtuners

In the middle pic, look a the purple connector, then look down a tad and you see a large black plastic cover (the one under the radiator hose, right next to the battery). If you remove the cover you will expose the PCM.

Here, I circled the cover in green. The PCM is underneath. There are two little tabs you have to release to get the cover off. The PCM is a big metal silver-gray box with two long skinny connectors coming out the side. Each connector has a 7mm hex head bolt holding it in.

OK, my question is : what is the module with the purple clip on it? I'm doing a retrofit into a 65 Vette and am trying to figure out what I need and don't need.
Thanks guys,
Bob

I don't know what that module is but I don't think you need it because mine doesn't have it. LOL, make any sense? Looks like an amp meter or something.
