PCM arrived and works...appreciate u dealing with the shipping. My comments above were the result of me even having to argue my point! It cost me 5 days car rental at $50/day, since I was supposed to take delivery on fri and it looks like it'll be 2day. U shuda sent it fri when u got my 1st e-mail...u guys need to respond promptly in situations like these. Patience on my part has been nothing but extraordinary since March, service on your part is something I hope u will be addressing. R/

i emailed nelson a week ago about my gear change issues. never heard back. had to get a new tune instead.
