ya'll needa be more patient. They are a privatly owned company with like what 2 people actually doing the tuning bullshit?
Just think for a second for every freakin email/message/phone call you make.. everyone of us and other forums and everywhere else in the vehicle modding industry is making those emails/msgs/phone calls as well.
I called to order my tune and kept hitting redial every minute. Took about 10 minutes but I got through.

Getting through to Lisa will get you what you need. She helps them out tremendously. Allen is a busy dude between all the installs/tuning. But no matter how backed up he was or how many times I emailed, he has given me nothing but the best service, even answering my questions after I started tuning myself.

I'm very impressed with there service, there product (the tune atleast) and there customer feedback.

Hey guys, I know sometimes, we're a little difficult to get a hold of, however, we are working on it.
We just hired another full-time employee, so that should help out with the phone calls.
We literally get 100+ calls a day and to return every one of them asap is hard at times, but we try. And email, well that's another story, lol.
The answer isn't to throw more people at the phones, they still want to talk to someone who is technical, our new guy will get there eventually so take it easy on him. If he can't answer your question, he'll write it down and ask one of us and get right back to you.
We're growing very quickly, probably more so this year than any, we'll try to assist everyone and if there's anything you need, let us know.
