There's a TSB about this code, along with the solenoid, there's a kit with a long hose with a vent cap on the end. The vent on the solenoid gets packed with debris, and relocating the vent with the hose is supposed to prevent it from reoccuring.

 

That's the info I used when I fixed mine last year, relocated the filter box with some hose. So far so good.

Yeah I think you only need to join to be able to download the attachments.

 

I am having the same code on my truck this is the second time it does it the first time i was under warranty and i took it to the dealer. The service guy told me they relocated the canister and that i should be good i guess they did a shitty job.
