I found a 2003 8.1 workhorse/kodiak GMT560 file OS 12579405 for pcm 12582605 service number. I opened it and all but one evap dtc are no error reporting. Its in tunercat format i can convert it to a .bin file to use maybe you can segment swap the engine diag segment to a 5.3 or whatever file i did see a few with same os number on tune file depot. Or tell me what size motor your starting with and ill segment swap the eng diag segment and you can do the rest.


The only dtc enabled is the evap solenoid i got on mitchel medium duty and looked at the evap system all it has is a hose to the tank a canister and the solenoid no fuel pressure tank sensor so i would maybe suspect its almost like an old obd1 evap system that just dumps it into intake with no fuel pressure sensor on tank cant monitor if a gross or small leak.

Heck in wiring schematic all it showed was two front O2 sensors and in tune the cat codes were disabled.

 

Well i did the segment swap to a stock 2003 5.3 file digging around in the file it had no vats no rear o2 or no cats dont know if thats gonna mess you up maybe showing all N/A.Attached is the workhorse file so you can see thats the way it came.Both converted to .bin format i had to put it in a rar file the forum doesnt accept .bin files.
