Default Evap solenoid and boost not playin well together

On the front of a 4.8/5.3 intake the evap port and solenoid feel kinda like a sloppy fit and i think i could be loosin boost press. My gauge jumps around a lil once it gets over 6psi... I cant find anywhere else it could be leaking... So how does one properly remove this.???
Id also like to add that im going to put a proflo xt intake on and i dont think there will be a place for it anyway... So please fire away
Thx in advance

Just remove the solenoid and the line coming from the hard line from the back of the engine bay near the firewall and cap it off. You will also need to tune it out so you dont throw codes. Just be aware that once you do that you might notice a stronger fuel odor under the hood or in the cab with the evap removed. Might consider adding a vent line somewhere else for the tank to counteract it.

Take it off the intake and plumb it with a hose to the inlet of the filter on the turbo. I had mine tho straight to the intake like stock and never had any issues with it.

That's just how they are, and it's not the cause of your issue.
