Well, switched over to OLSD and truck isn't having any of the previous issues. Fires up and can drive without issue.

VE table needs some fine tuning to get the drivability dialed in, but drove better than it has since getting it back from the shop.

Going to go down this rabbit hole and fine tune the table and call it good. Will post a log after I get time to dial in.
