Default Not firing on #2 cylinder

Ok, got the swap to the 5.3L done. Waiting on my PCM back from Charlie, threw in an extra 4.8L tuned PCM and I have a misfire. Using a spray bottle with some water, I hit each header tube until I found the cold one, #2 cylinder. Swapped out the plug wire, still cold. Swapped out the plug, still cold. The coil packs were working fine on the 4.8. I am using the 5.3L intake, so maybe a bad injector?? What else should I check besides coil and injector. Hopefully its not a bad piston.

Sounds like a bad or stuck injector or a coil. Swap a could and see. Naturally you have checked to be sure all the connections are tight..

Turns out it was the fuel injector. I took out the mechanics stethoscope and heard it wasn't firing. Removed the fuel rail and it was dry on that injector on the exit side, other side was full of fuel. Swapped it for one from my 4.8s fuel rail and bam, running pretty dang smooth now.I had to take a little break in between swapping the coil pack and the injector to go pick up some wheels, scored a set of 20" helo wheels with brand new tires for our Charger for $200 off of facebook groups. Had to jump on it before someone else scooped them up.
