E3's have caused problems in several vehicles. Now that you have changed the plugs and the lights are off, drive it around and see if the light comes back on. Also see if the TCC locks up properly now.

This was most likely your whole problem.

Misfires will cause the TCC not to lock up as mentioned before.

Default Update

:b ang:.... Ok changed the TCC valve, spark plugs, test the wires, test the coils, and still have the cut out mis... but it comes and goes!!! when it warms up its hard to start.... If TSP does and change on the "misfire counters" how do i up load the new tune file into my PCM?? I dont have the HP tuner eqiupment to do the upload....
