NNBS Intake help
#1
So I did a H/C/I swap on my 07 classic a few months ago. Runs fine. Thing is, the NNBS intake I put on does not have an bung in the manifold to hook up the evap solenoid, only the little snout to run the hose from front of intake to behind engine. I had been running for awhile with the snouts at front and rear capped and throwing an evap ignition failure. So went to tuner got that taken care of. Then it started throwing evap gross leak. This was from the 2 snouts capped and not hosed. Reinstalled evap hose and now have more of a problem. At startup, engines hits normal idle for a few seconds then surges from 250 to 500 rpm for a good 5 to 10 seconds before correcting idle again. I also had to fill up after reconnecting the hose and starter just cranked. Had to give it gas to actually get it running and if I let off it would kill. Basically had to 2 foot it to get it driving then once rolling it would stop and idle fine. Now its throwing p0496 and cutting up like it has a massive cam at idle (i don't mind this part haha). Whole reason I even messed with it is I am due for inspection and can't even pass the readiness test from clearing codes.
Any suggestions as far as making everything work? Pretty sure I looked good and saw no bung for the purge solenoid but could be wrong

The purge solenoid on the NNBS intakes in on the side, with a hose going up to the top just behind the TB. Check out post #8
