I set my truck to soley shift on RPM for WOT.... works much better than attempting to match speeds and rpm. Slightly shorter will not make it shift completely stupid.... I have swapped tires of various sizes and never had this problem, nor has anyone else I know.

That said considering you now have stock height tires again ( or close) and it's still not shifting correctly... I would go after it as a mechanical issue or another failure.

Reload either the stock trucks tune, or the original custom one. If it's not correct still, you have other problems.

And really, just get Justin to do the adjustment for you.... if it's still not shifting correctly after that the tune is not the trucks problem.

+1 Just drop your MPH tables down so that it bases off RPM. I set my MPH low and trigger off RPM.

x2. That tire should have had it shifting like before, unless you moved something in the tune without knowing it.

I didn't measure the height but it is speced to be thesame height as my 17 tire.

Does anyone know what could possibly cause the issue as far as a sensor or other problem? I really think it is still the shorter tire because like I said the other tire was better but my guess is it was still a tiny bit shorter so it threw it off just slightly.

Thanks again.
Did you not actually measure the tire height? This should be one of the easiest thing to "tune".

For anyone who cares turns out the tune had nothing to do with it. Just so happens that the same time I installed the wheels and tires the trans decided to take a crap.
