crank fuse is still good. pulled it and replaced it anyway and still nothing

The IGN 1 is the 10 amp he is referring to under hood I believe.

Wire comes from starter relay in fuse box under the hood. Ignition triggers starter relay which sends power to starter solenoid. Try jumping relay manually.

3 pins have power. 85 86 87 but two of them only have about 2 volts or so.

Did you say in your other thread that you tested the relay as well or swapped it with one similar???

yes i swapped with the ignition relay thats next to it. its the exact same one.
