I'm having the same problem. I installed the fans/harness, emailed Justin about the tune and he said the fans were already switched on in the tune. I went outside (30-ish degree weather) and got the truck up to operating temp, switched on the A/C and the fans didn't come on. I wonder if outside temp plays a role in the fan operation. I haven't had any problems with the truck over heating and it's pretty cold here in MI, so I'll have to wait until the spring to see if they work or not.
