When I ordered my e-fan harness they were very prompt and friendly, and I got over night shipping and for once my stuff actually got here the next day compared to when I order stuff from other people.

 

I know they are moving but i need to order a few parts and i just sucks that i cant get a hold of them. Im not bashing nelson because they do very good work from what i hear. I was just in a pinch for a part.

 

i called Nelson today, after several attempts i got someone from sales.
try calling around 11:00 AM CST.

 

They are very difficult to get a hold of but a great couple guys to work with. I have been waiting a week for my harness and my cousins retune to get here....hopefully it will come tomorrow..

 

email him. he always responds to me that way. inconsistant in time frames but does return messages. does take a few days to respond. as stated earlier by others, he is moving (or that is what he stated in an email). i feel for the guy, as a business owner, i know what is like to be growing and can't get good help in a timely manner.

doesn't mean you need to wait, that is what competition is for. just remember, the good guys are always busy.

 

Did anyone take care of you? Send me your name and number and I'll make sure someone calls you. As of right now, 90% of messages are taken care of, I'm sure someone would have taken your call by now.
