Nelson Performance?
I have been trying to get ahold of them many times with no answer. I have left a message with them. Still no reply. Has anyone had this problem before? Im trying to order a new supercharger pulley and new fuel injectors.

When I was Lookin for a tune I emailed him and he got back with me in 2 days. I understand he is busy, and that was fine for me. maybe he doesn't have a chance to check every day. If they're moving right now it may take longer, you may want to email also....

My experience has been that sometimes he'll get back to you in a matter of hours and sometimes several days. Very inconsistent and I get really pissed off but that's because I want what I want when I want it and when I want it I want it right ******* now! In other words I'm a brat. 63 yrs old but still a brat.
They say they'll have more help and better facilities after the move. Maybe service will also get better if Allen is free'd up from other responsibilities. I think that growing a business requires the owner to have to do a lot of stuff he doesn't want or like to do and which keeps him from being able to do the stuff he likes. In his case I suspect that running the business keeps him from doing "car stuff" and that is, I suspect, what he really likes to do.
He has stayed very friendly and professional with me even though I've been, shall we say, less than cordial, when he doesn't get back to me for 5 days or so.

I ordered a tune from Nelson performance over two months ago and from what Nelson tells me is that right now they can not tune for the L33 engine but every time they get a upgrade or make any progress they call me and tell me about it. Wait4me performance can and does tune the L33 trucks, I might have to go that route.

i justy talked to jonathan @ NELSON Perf friday! He called me twice to return my call. I asked him and he confirmed they are moving in a bigger shop. He said they are really busy but are trying to get caught up. I just ordered a harness for my e fans.
