Why does it take so long for my truck to come back down to idle after a rev? It comes down slowly and when it gets to about 1100 it stays for a couple seconds before it goes down to set idle. How do I fix this?

Don't know exactly what I'm doing, but made a few changes and it's beter but I still have to work on it. It comes down to idle like I want now but sometimes kills. The decay delay was zero'd out. Now it looks like this:
vss secs.
0 .10
3 .10
6 .10
10 .00
zero from here down
Decay rate is:
vss secs.
0 .03
3 .05
6 .07
10 .09
13 .11
Does it look okay or is it a little off? I'll just mess with it till it's right.

Working on this tonight when I get off work. I need to slow mine down and decrease the delay i guess.
