Need help ASAP

I just got a edge cs programmer for my 2011 Chevy and I went to tune it and right when It was about to finish I must of jerked the cord and it reseted the tunner and now it keeps on saying bad connection. Unplug and connect the tunner again. I tried this for a good while and nothing. The truck doesn't run so I'm guessing it's stuck somewhere but I just dont have a good connection or Somethjng. The only reason I went with a programmer is cause I don't plan on doing any high mods to it it's a z71 and I got it for the over size wheels n tires. And a lil more power Has anyone had any problems like this before

You are fucked. The pcm in the truck will probably have to be reflashed and the tuner is probably dead too because your stock tune is stuck in the tuner.
Call the manufacturer of the tuner tell them what happened and you may be able to send them the pcm and the tuner and they can straighten it out for you. I had this happen to me with a hypertech back in 96 when they first came out and they were able to reflash the pcm and fix the tuner for me.
