Default need blower tune specs and opinions

Well, I'm going to be sending off for my Nelson tuned 02 pcm for my sidemount magnacharger supercharger in the next few days and I'm not sure what I need to ask for in the tune. what should I tell him to set my shift points at and should I keep my rev limiter set at 6k or is 6k really not necessary .should I only go to 5900 rpm? also my trans is stock accept for my stock trans cooler, how much TM should I ask for to me removed, I was thinking about 20% to be safe? I'm going to be upgrading the trans with about every servo you can, along with upgraded valve body and spacer, billet accum. piston, ect....but for now I want to be safe. Other suggestions on the tune would help a bunch. Thanks

First things first...if you haven't installed the magna yet...I'd suggest doing so and running with their stock tune. The sidemounts come complete like the raidx? tune and all? Work out any bugs before you change stuff. You won't regret it.
Then, stay safe until you mod the tranny...allen gives you free updates. Most people don't like to give an opinion about how much tq management to remove...that's an iffy topic at best. since your stock with the side mount and you are looking for safe, stay at 5900 limits and let allen pick your shift points. Ask him to not wipe out the shifting speed for 1-2 maybe knock it down a little, I'd zero out the 3-4 shifting speeds. Again...looking to be safe...cut your tq mngt by 50%...get that tranny upgraded before you remove the rest......but beware...you play you pay. Those 60e's don't like weight and power past a magna stock tune.

The stock tuner that came with the kit is no good since the kit I bought was used and the tuner it comes with is VIN specific so basically is not really worth it. So, I'm going with a custom tuned 02 pcm since I was going to upgrade to an 02 pcm anyways in the future. I might as well kill two birs with one stone. I guess I'll discuss with Allen and see what he recommends as far as the shift points, rev limiter, ect... Thanks

That's what I would do, since you're kind of piecing things together, anyway.
