tuning 3.73 to 4.10 swap

swaping from 3.73 to 4.10 don't want to go back to the tuner is there a easy way to change the tune in hp tuners for the new gears or do multiple things have to be changed thanks vehicle is a 2005 yukon

hptuners 2.0>Speedometer>enter new gear size. Save tune, write tune. Same place you'd change tire sizes as well.
