I see. Well I would set everything back to stock, get your O2 fixed. That will get you out of Open loop (which is what your running right now) so your engine will go into closed loop and use the fuel trims again. Your last log still commands rich (but better) AFRs. You really cant do much untill that time

What OS are you trying to run? The .tun you just posted is a Flex Fuel OS. That might be part of the problem.

You're also setting code P0178 Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Low. The PCM is looking for the flex fuel sensor and not finding it. I assume your truck is not flex fuel. It may be defaulting to E85 fueling for safety and thats why you are so rich. Just a guess.

I already turned that code off
Yeah maybe, Could also be that i'm only running 1 oxygen sensor, or the guy who did my transmission played with my tune a bit

Maybe try this one. I'd do a full reflash just to make sure it's a good upload.
It's a 5.3 Flex OS stock tune

Well, I actually had it on my laptop. My Tahoe runs that same OS. It's also in the tune file depot but, under GMC not Chevy. I don't think they need to be seperated because I don't think there is any difference. Maybe they just do that to make searching easier.
