That vin shows up as a 2002 tahoe in mercedes texas. If you want, try loading this tune by "program pcm with currently loaded operating system and calibration" and see how it runs. Its a stock 5.3 tune

Lol uh oh. Well it is a Flex Fuel VIN.
I guess I just dont understand why the stock PCM that came with the engine is giving you issues. If the harness, PCM, engine are all out of the same truck it should work fine. You said your truck was a FF truck originally so even that part shouldn't be an issue.

What exactly is wrong with the way it runs? Or is it just your logs making you think something is up? (and you feel that it runs fine)

In this Thread you said it wasn't out of an avalanche, but a tahoe?

That tune is gonna have non-flex injectors scaled in. So it probably won't run well. Stock non-flex are 24# and flex are 38# (or something close to that)

Its running fine now, i just wanted a stock 5.3 tune because i thought the guy who tuned my transmission messed with it but it turns out he just played with my Trans settings

Its not its working fine now, the only thing is that it was commanding like 9 on my a/f but i switched that and now is commanding 14. I only have one oxygen sensor working so that could be why. Ill be getting everything replaced and a wideband

You really need to get that o2 sensor hooked up, they determine your fueling.

Yes 4. The 2 before the cats are the most important as they determine your fuel trims. The 2 after the cats are there to determine if the cats are working. Most people remove their cats and turn those O2's off in the tune so the don't trip the SES light. The 2 up front NEED to be working.

Lol i didn't even know there was some before the cats! Ill look and see if they're plugged in tomorrow. If they weren't it would be hard to turn on right?

It would not run well but, I think it would still run, ...and throw codes.
Get those O2's fixed and then delete all your long term fuel trims in the tune and reload. There is probably a tutorial on how to do that on the EFI site, or maybe on here if you look around.
