Default Motor Swap

I have a 2004 standard cab short bed 2wd truck that came with a 4.8L and a 4l60 trans. I build a custom remote mount turbo kit that works really well. I managed to pop the 4.8L and have come across a built for boost 6.0L and a mildly built 4l65 trans. What problem am I going to run into swaping to the different trans and motor?

Motor should drop right in, I don't see any problem there. The tranny might not last very long depending on how much power you are making.

Everything will bolt right up. 65E and 60E and identical in operation. The 65e just has slightly stronger parts.

Since this is in the PCM section I would suggest doing some tuning and such on it. SPend some time on the VE table and you should be golden.
