Who is the best in terms of mail order tunes? Yes, I know tuning on the dyno is best, but my truck is mostly stock and I'm only looking for an economy tune to boost MPG. I only know of Nelson and Texas Speed.

Hard to say who is the best. Blackbear performance and wheatley are good tuners as well.

You can also get an Autocal tune in which you will get a custom tune, but also a handheld device to upload the updated tune file. With the autocal the tuner can email you the tune file so you can upload it or you can also upload the data from your truck to the tuner and he can adjust the tune and get it spot on. You can also have multiple tunes setup with the autocal if you wanted with more aggressive tunes and or MPG tune etc..
