ls1 fans?

ls1 fans?
I put ls1 fans on my 2000 sierra I purchased the Nelson performance fan harness every things installed right it worked before as programed but with the tune reflashed because of new trans. The fans would won't come on any more.
Ok I'm going to run a jumper wire to the green wire and run it straight to the battery so it will just turn on and when I get to work I'll just unplug it. Is the fans on low when one is on and are they on high when both are on?
How do I know the fans are on HIGH?
