So would there be something loose in the pedal, or a connector maybe? It is weird that it says the pedal drops to 40%, and it says the throttle is 99%, which is backwards from what you are saying. And could you possibly have longer scans?

It only does it at at 50 mph or so.. It doesn't do it anywhere else

I looked again, the pedal position never went above 40%...?

The pedal never comes off the floor.. Its 100% the whole time ..

I kick it at around 50mph and it revs up then its like I let out then get back on it but my foot never changes.. And it only does it there.. In the log I kicked it at 20. 50 and 70 .. Around 50 mph is the only place it does it

For one your injectors are static, too small. Running out of fuel, you need a wideband.

Anything over about 80% at wot is no good.
