Default Lean Cruise help

I'm taking a trip next week and would like to throw on lean cruise to squeeze out a few extra mpg's.

I don't have a wideband to monitor or anything. (still need to get one)
Just looking for some insight as to how I would go about this.

Thanks guys.

IMO, those are too lean for a truck, give these a try... Remember, you have to do a FULL flash to enable the lean cruse tables with the patch.

Yes, I know at least if you're using the "scary thing lurk in here" Patch, after you enable the LC tables in the tune, you have to do a FULL flash (fat red arrow) in order for it to activate the LC tables. Once it's been done once the table changes will take affect and you only have to do cal only flashes to change the tables.

Awesome!
Thanks for all the help man.

Flashed it over

Tests were for 3 miles
20.1 mpg on flat grounds @ 71
21.1 mpg on flat grounds @ 66-67
18.1 mpg on upwards inclines and flat grounds(mostly incline) @ 71

It was commanding 15.5-15.81:1

Even had some fun with the G80 on the way home

But what are the comparison MPGs at stoich?

I have achieved 23.5 mpg with all stock ecsb 2wd 6.0, wheatley tune, 4l60, and 3.42s and stock tires cruising at 65 mph on a ~250 mile trip. Now with 4.10s and my own tuning, it gets 19 mpg at 70 cruise and 20 at 60 cruise according to the EFI live MPG PID.

So you gained 2.5 mpg at 70 mph from the lean cruise alone?
