I don't know about EFI Live but you should be able to click 'go advanced' in the reply window and just attatch your tune file.

Geoff @ EPS uses an itsy bitsy 8" netbook for all his tuning. It couldn't have more than 2GB of ram and a 1Ghz Atom processor.
