Where would I find delay time? I've got enrichment rate, I figured that was the delay. Its set at 0.3. Also for MAP threshold, why set it so low? Better for turbo applications, maybe? On this OS, I don't fully understand how the VE setup works. Its supposedly a virtual VE table. There are a bunch of tables under where Main VE usually is, but most of them are zeroed out. I am still running a MAF, though. Airflow vs. frequency curve looks pretty smooth...but maybe it needs adjusting?

Set the enrichment rate to 2.0
Are you sure your wide band is correct?

You can never be too sure, ask Richard... I can do a free air calibration. But I don't have any way to really verify how correct it is.

Could it be from burst knock?

I thought about that too. I actually put it on my tuning to-do list for this weekend Gonna log burst knock and see if that's throwing up KR. After all, it does occur just as the turbo spools.

Not understanding your OS, I can't figure out why the wide band is always so different from the commanded AFR. But raising the enrichment rate as high as you can will help where the commanded is richer than the actual. Why the actual is often richer than the commanded I don't know, I guess you should just sell the truck.

That's a negative, ghostrider. lol

I looked through a few logs of some good tuners, and also noticed that the actual AFR was damn near dead on with the commanded. This tune has been through the hands of Justin and Nic D, so I'm sure they noticed it too.

You just need more Gen 4 tunnning experience. Get with the program, Mike.

Well I am officially confused. Made a log today, and KR is still popping up in the most random areas. Anywhere from 1200-3400RPM, low boost, often in vacuum. Logged burst knock, nothing at all. I'm at a loss for ideas...

Still not letting me upload the tune. I'd upload that log but its a little large in data size for .hpl files. So, here's a pic..

I saw your post on HPT, boy was the answer helpful.

What about this:

BUT, that "DOD Delete Kit" that the other thread is talking about, is to remove it altogether and upgrade the engine internals... they're not doing all that just to disable the DOD/AFM functionality...
To add - the AFM/DOD lifters are notoriously noisy and fragile.
Are the lifters noisy enough to cause KR?

I'm beginning to think that there's some mechanical noise here. I'd get the lean issues taken care of first since that's not helping. But in the log you were able to post, both instances of KR I saw were when you starting moving from a dead stop. It looked as though you accelerated the same but from a roll, and it didn't do it. Driveline shudder? Torque converter?

In your screenshot it looked like it did it far worse when you were moving though. Maybe cruise on over to Quick Mart and get some $10/gal 100 octane and see if its the cheap gas here. An easier way would be to manually spray some meth (test button) right where you know it always happens and see if it takes care of it. That will elimnate that possibility.

Are you logging tcc lockup or at least the tcc solenoid pwm? I found out my boss' truck was having misfire issues and kr due to that. Granted it was a Ford, but it was a mechanical issue that showed up in the ignition system.
