Default Injector Flow Rates

Injector Flow Rate vs. KPA Vac: This value is the Injector Flow rate in g/sec. It is used to tell the VCM the size of the injectors and also how flow rate varies with manifold vacuum (ie. varying pressure characteristics).

Injector Flow Rate vs. KPA MAP: This value is the Injector Flow rate in g/sec. It is used to tell the VCM the size of the injectors and also how flow rate varies with manifold pressure (ie. varying pressure characteristics). On some vehicles this table references absolute pressure drop across the injectors (hence it includes the fuel rail pressure).

Hope this Helps Brian

With the 42's/ 43/'s, what ever they are, your friend should have a return fuel system and a vac ref fuel reg, I'd put 42.9 across the board. Thats what mine are

Mine are set at 5.141 grams per second in Injector Flow Rate Vs. Vacuum. If I convert that at Online Conversion it tells me that is equal to 40.8 pounds per hour.

Maybe mine are set a little low but I think that is what Allen Nelson recommends. What happens when/if that rate is increased a little? My tune originally stepped up to 5.297 above 55Kpa (42.04 lb/hr) but ran too rich so I put it back to 5.141 across the board.

My injectors are rated at 43.82 lb/hr at 58 psi fuel pressure.
