Inj. offset

That's great and all that they give the sheet with the injector offsets vs battery voltage and of course you have the flow rate but still missing a good handful of info to get these correctly tuned. Such as the spa (short pulse adder), minimum injector pulsewidth, short pulse limit. You will just have to back solve for the other parameters or take up the fueling error by readjusting VE and or MAF tables which can create other drivability issues.
In the ideal situation if the VE and MAF tables are tuned spot on with fuel trims within the 1-3% range with the say for example stock injectors which have all of the correct data and then you swap in the new injectors if all of the data is there and right for the injectors then the tune should still be pretty much spot on like it was previously.

No unfortunately not even with the same exact style injector the characteristics of each injector the data can vary by quite a bit. Especially with the quite a bit larger injectors over stock as the ones you have.

yea smells bad in the garage. I was getting lead codes before i changed the offsets but the wideband was reading in the mid 10's. I'm not sure which is right. If i have'nt licenced the computer to the original VIN will that effect anything?

??? you are talking a bout the vcm scanner not the editor correct? Before you start scanning you need to disconnect the scanner (the thunderbolt icon) and right click in the table , insert parameter, then add the PID you want then save the config, file, save config as, then start scanning, if you get unsupported parameter then close the scanner and retry. if the problem persists i would contact hptuners or uninstall and install the scanner. The file i gave you to flash to your truck will not mess with your scanner config at all.
