can someone tell me what that black wire that is in there is?? it stops me from turning my key all the way to the off position. i have to get a screw driver and push that wire in for me to turn my truck off completely and its getting annoying..

its a 04 silverado

also its the black thing in that hole.. not the big black wire you see.
