Default camshaft sensor

has anyone heard of a bad O2 sensor also causing a low output signal from the cam sensor? I have put a new cam sensor in, it has adequate voltage, and the wires all show ohm out and show good. So, I am at a loss as to what may cause this. I just thought maybe the computer is jacking with the timing to compensate for the lean O2 readings....

Does anyone have any input on this sensor issue? I really don't know where else to go with it. What all could cause the low output signal on a cam sensor?
