Default HP tuners? WTF? How long did it take for yours to arrive?

November 13th I send them the payment.
I got an email from them 8 days later with my activation code. I dont have a tracking number. I dont have the actual tuner 2 weeks later. I dont even know if its shipped. Is this normal? Should I be calling up UPS to see if something wasn't delivered?

well it is normal kinda. mine took like 4 days to ship out. once the activation code is sent that means that it actually shipped out of one of their warehouses. being that it shipped on the 21st, you probably wont see it til tomorrow since the turkey day junk.

When I got mine I think it took like 7-8 days from when they got my payment.

when you get your activation code it means it's shipped from their florida location meaning its on its way. Keith also responded to your post on the hptuners forum so he can get you the tracking number if need be.

yeah thanksgiving takes out one business day from the equation...but it depends how far you are from florida too...some places can take 3/4 or even 5 business days just to get to you depending on where your located most of the time I tell people anywhere between 5-9 business days which I think is more then reasonable considering the ship time alone.

Thats a really long time. I would be pretty pissed if mine took that long. Mine still took about a week and half.

I'm not a rich guy, so over 500 is considered a lot of money. Something in a little *** box should have very fast shipping. Like within a week of ordering you should have it. But thats just me.

The size of the box has nothing to do with ship times.

I just purchased the MPVI Pro last night and I live in Florida so if it ships on Monday it should be here within the week. My eyes are burning from reading so much on their forums. I can't wait for it to get here!
