Default HP Tuners help idle surge on warm up

Need some HP tuners help.
On a cold start up my truck idles great as it warms up until 170*. From 170* to 200 it will surge and idle dumb. When its fully warm at 210* it will not surge anymore runs great.
At about 170* Is also the switch over point on O2s from close to open.
Also if drove on a cold start up when you stop at stop sign at about 170* it will surge n hunt for idle and after about 10seconds of just sitting it will smooth out .
After its fully warm at 210* I have no issues with surging at all.
What am I missing here? Has to be something simple!

That is for gen 4 tuning. Gen 3 OS's are a bit different. Can you get a log of it happening?

seems your fueling could be the problem, or adaptive idle it should be set to work at 176 F stock.
