Yes I run it just for inspection because other than the O2s being bad, it normally passes all of the monitors.

Some custom operating systems will never run the proper tests to pass the monitors. When I ran a 1-bar tune in my '04 GTO, it wouldn't pass any of the monitors because the maf needs to be disabled and the maf passing is a prerequisite for most of the codes to run and pass.

 

well, my maf is disabled for the SD tune and I am o5 could this be an issue?

 

It depends on how your state does inspections. If they plug in to check monitors, it's possible you won't pass.

 

that is the problem....i am throwing no codes but they are plugging in and can see something is up...since it wont show ready

 

Did you do your own tune or did you have someone do it for you?
