how to scale timing table(s)?

I believe I found a good write up.
I didn't know it involved injector scaling. So iv been ignoring all the threads title "injector scaling" wile doing Google searches.
But for any one wondering the same in the future here I'd a good write up
GM Gen IV Calibration Scaling - Injector Dynamics I know it says Gen 4 but same should apply to Gen 3

When the injectors are scaled 50% any thing and every thing to do with air flow weather it be in kpa, psi, g/cyl, lbs, etc it has to be scaled 50%. Also, your not limited to 50%, you can scale any percent 1%-99%
The article uses 50% for simplicity.
