Depends on the year of his truck. I have one just like that on mine. But mine is an early 8.1L DBW based setup. It did have to be repinned to work with the reversed opening truck TB vs Corvette though.

I have a 2003 that I'd like to be able to run the larger TB when I swap on the TBSS intake.

There is not a direct adapter harness that functions well. X-Links are horrible and always cause issues. You need the early plastic body TAC module and will need to fabricate the adapter harness as the OP did.

Has anyone with this swap tested their cruise control function? It is the last item I am trying to get functioning on my setup. My P59 will not even respond to manually disabling the lockout in the HPT scanner. I am starting to believe something in the communication between the early TAC module and the P59 is not allowing for the cruise control to function as I have verified all the wiring, Brake/TCC switch signals and the tailight resistance on the brake switch pin to the TAC is correct.

Exclamation Reduced engine power

I did a GM 90mm gold plate DBW TB with a NNBS intake, got the Michigan Motorsports crossover pig tail. I have a reduced power message. I did not change the TAC, is that necessary if the truck is 04? I ordered a adapter plate to try the old TB to see if reduced power clears. Anything else I should be looking at? The truck was tuned after cam, heads and fan convertion and ran fine.
Truck is 04 2500 Crewcab
#50 injectors
243 ported heads
stage 2 BTR cam
electric fan convertion

Thanks in advance!

Cruise works fine. You have something else wrong.

What pigtail are you talking about? I'm not aware of anyone that sells what I describe you needing.

The whole premise of this thread is swapping the tac module dude....
