You should be fine with that afr under light load/cruise conditions, but personally I would want to make sure I knew what was causing it to be commanded at that. Just to make sure that it won't somehow affect WOT fueling.

Also can someone take a look at wot fueling for me cause it is stock and I am planning on leaning it out some to see if it will help top end a little.
