So finally got the lsxrt intake installed with 8.1 non-marine injectors and an aeromotive fpr. The problem is the truck will not stay running. it will try to crankover but nothing. Also the speedometer is now maxed out. What could be the problem? I know it needs to be retuned for injectrs and intake but shouldnt it run?

 

No ground...you must of forgot a ground on the motor

 

I didnt tae any grounds off the motor.

 

Did you see if you getting fire?

 

There a cap on drivers side for fuel pressure checker did you push the valve to see if you getting fuel?

 

So youre saying that it will crank but not fire up?

 

yea it will crank but wont start. I gave it gas and it will run but I dont think that is god so I am not gonna do that. I have fast rails.

 

Gave it gas how? Pressing the gas pedal or shooting carb/starter spray into the engine.
