So again had to take it back to basics, called up a friend (getblown01) and talkin with him he suggest I adjust the throttle blade adjustment screw. After a few tweaks it's running at the right psi also. Man the small things that's overlooked.

But what could be the issue with the speedometer being pegged out?

most likely your stepper motor is gone in the cluster and thats why the needle is pegged

Well took it today to get tuned and found out that #1 injector is stuck or something. They where cleaned by a place in Houston, they said to take it out and bang on hard table to unstick it, due to liquid they flow with, kinda crazy. So I might just buy some ford ones that will glow up to like 52 lbs at our pressure. The speedometer is fine now.

Yea you had to adjust the throttle because youre running too rich for it fire up. Adjusting the throttle let more air in to counter the rich condition. Fix the injector issue and you'll probably have to readjust the throttle screw. Youre usually not supposed to mess with the screw. Also thanks for the compliment.

adjusting the throttle blade is a bandaid. when you get that truck to a tuner, make sure to back the throttle blade back to stock TPS voltage.

Regarding the speedometer, mine has done that before. It's really freaked me out because the speedo will peg out. If I unhooked the battery and then hooked it again the speedo would reset.
