Are you using V2.24 or V3.0? In my experience once you fail a write on a P1 or P59 PCM and the software doesn't automatically go into recovery mode and continue the write, the PCM is bricked. Especially if you key cycled it.

Key cycles after it failed. Git to 60 percent instead of 10 after I charged up the battery a little more. After calling around to some time shops, they say the p59 us kind of hard to brick. I'm using 3.0

This may be an indication your battery is no good.

Once the battery voltage drops below a certain voltage the flash process will stop to protect it self.

The OEM dealers have to use special charges that don't create electrical noise while flashing to insure this doesn't happen during the flash process.

You can also try fully charging the battery and either connecting a jump box or hooking another battery to it through a set of jumper cables!!!

I think in HP tuners flash procedure it tells you not to do that. Went back up to AutoZone. Grab another new battery , 3rd today, and it's dong the same thing still.

Trying the jumper cables now.... Same thing. Something is killing the f out of this battery when flashing. I pulled the radio amp and radio fuse just to make sure they aren't culprits. What am I missing?
