Is the entire intake stock, tube and all?
I had the IAT's that high a few weeks ago when I was at the track and my computer was pulling all kinds of timing. A good CAI combined with a moderate IAT timing table is better than a hot-air intake with a nearly zeroed out IAT timing table, imo.
I can't show you the tune for my truck, but I can let you take a look at a log I scanned at the track. Notice how the timing starts low when I go WOT and then ramps up to max timing.

I've always avoided CAIs because of the high IATs that comes along with them. And why do you think a Zero'd out IAT table is bad if there's no KR? I'm still learning.
And I'd like to see the log for sure. And what you say about the timing is the opposite of what everyone else suggests. ha. All I've read says ramp up timing up until peak torque, drop it, then ramp it back up to the shift point.

I have a gauge for that

AFR ranged from 12.6-12.9
And my IDC was about 90% max and I have non marine 8.1s. Everything I have read tells me I should be at 100% duty cycle with these injectors with my setup, but clearly I'm not...another reason I feel like I dont have the HP I think I should.

What was your map kpa and g/cyl airflow? I ask trying to find out if there is an intake restriction of some sort. The further the map kpa drops below 100, the more of a restriction there is. g/cyl will give you an idea of your airflow, as your power increases, you will be running higher figures here.
