Default Help with EfiLive Spark tuning

I have looked and looked for a good write up on spark tuning with EfiLive. Everything says that it should be done on a dyno...which is fine. But i would like to get it close or within reason before jumping on the dyno. I have already tuned the truck pretty good fuel wise and the Ve table is almost spot on. Im running a COS3 and the mods in my sig. So if you guys can post up a good write up or give me a hand that would be great. Thanks alot.

its more a trial and error kinda deal.
when your AFR starts to richen up, try to add a lil timing there.

Best power is around 30 degrees at WOT, but dont leave consistent spark knock in the tune.

So the DYNCLAIR_DMA.pid is used to tell me what spark timing im actually using at that given RPM, and if im using the High or Low Octane table? How do i use this to help me tune the timing? Sorry like i said im new at the spark thing

Also when adding spark should i be adding it to the High octane table and just subtracting 2 or 3 degrees from the Low Octane table? Do i do anything with the Optimal Timing table. Thanks

Can anyone answer my questions? Or add some more input for me on spark tuning?

Add spark/timing to the High Octane table
To determine if your using the High or Low octane table log the PID GM.ASPARK
