Default Harness plugs

Just swapped a l96 and 6l90 from a 2012 into my 2007 silverado.

Everything plugged in except for these two wires:

Theyre located on the drive side frame next to the transfer case.

Any idea what these wires control?
Any solution to get them to mate

My question is how can a plug-in on the harness not hook up to the transfer case it originally came with?

Also, what would it take to fix this and would it only take a new bcm and a tune to get everything including the 4wd to work?

The garage is completely lost so any help is appreciated!
Are you saying that these are part of the 2012 harness you bought? Was there a sub harness attached to the new transfer case?

Kennif figured it out, they go to the fuel system. Just need to swap pig tails. The bigger problem is getting the 4wd to engage with the new transfer case, according to a tuner
