Handheld, chip, or custom tune?

What would be the best to go with a hand held tuner, a preprogrammed chip, or a custom tune from wheatly or nelson or any other custom tuner?

Custom Tune hands down

Oh and a reprogrammed "chip" is a custom tune. Chevys don't have "chips" they have pcms.

Wheatly or nelson are both great tunes but its really you perference!!
