Default guys using torque pro

Ive done some search and didnt have the luck i was hoping. Ive had a random misfire code for a little while and I downloaded Torque Pro like quite a few folk told me so. And yes its showing the same code. Is there anyway to check and see which Cyl. or cyls that are misfiring to narrow it down and fix this?? thanks guys

Nevermind that post guys. Sorry about that. talked with a buddy of mine and he said the p0300 code meant all cyl. were misfiring

Your buddy overstated the problem. P0300 merely means that there is a misfire and the PCM can't track it down to a single cylinder. While having multiple cylinder misfires will indeed set P0300, it could also be one cylinder missing at random, internal engine noise, weak fuel pressure, etc. It could even be a faulty crank position sensor.

It could also be an intake gasket leak(or other vacuum leak). 9 times out of 10 that is usually what it is when a customer brings me a vehicle with that code.
