Default GT2-3 Shift Points

Installed my cam this weekend with some troubleshooting aid from the guys here. I put in the gt2-3, hardened push rods, and ls6 springs. My truck is a 04 lm7, pacesetter longtubes and ory, 3" exhaust, s&b intake, 4.56 gears and im running 325/65/18 tires (5" lift). Stock torque converter for now. Now I am working on tuning and so far have gotten the maf pretty close, ve is next.

I love the cam so far, especially the top end improvement over stock (what top end...). It seems im now shifting way too soon since the cam is still pulling hard when it shifts. My previous shift points were 5800, 5800, 5600 with the stock cam. Ive read some guys using 6300, 6000, 6000 with the gt2-3.

Does that sound about right, and whats everyone else with the gt2-3 running for shift points?

thanks

Yeah something like that...maybe a little higher for the 2-3 and you aren't planning on shifting into 4th at WOT are ya?

A good tip I stumbled across last night.
If your using EFI Live. When your adjusting anything based on the VSS. The status bar at the bottom will tell you what RPM each gear would be at that speed.

So if you go to **** at VSS put like 48 in for 1>2 and hit enter. then Look at the status bar at the bottom to see what RPM that will put you at.
